Yet another lawsuit, this time over phone service, targets York County Prison
Last January, York County voted to renew a contract with Global Tel Link for inmate calling services at the prison. Now, that decision is the subject of a lawsuit — the second filed by the Florida-based Smart Communications — alleging that York County Prison and GTL conspired to interfere with Smart's own proposal.
