The Development and Executive Support Associate plays a central, hands-on role in carrying out the Prison Society’s fundraising and external engagement strategy. Reporting to the Director of Development and working in close coordination with the Executive Director and colleagues across the organization, this position is responsible for implementing fundraising activities that support individual giving, campaigns, events, foundation and corporate partnerships, and other philanthropic collaborations.

We are searching for group facilitators in Western Pennsylvania to play an essential role in creating a space where individuals can engage fully with the workshop material and work towards a successful return to their families and communities.

As an intern at the Pennsylvania Prison Society, you will learn about the issues surrounding prison conditions and the ways in which the criminal justice system and advocacy organizations respond to them. You will also learn about how incarceration affects families and loved ones on the outside. Interns will help us meet the complex needs of incarcerated individuals and their families by participating in the daily operations of our office.
