Recurring issues at Dauphin County Prison prompt response from County Commissioner
The Dauphin County Prison was without air conditioning for hours over the weekend after the facility lost power. One mother said her son who is incarcerated told her the prison has also been without hot water since Friday, and some inmates aren’t receiving their medications.
