Pennsylvania Prison Society names former public defender Matt Dugan to head Western PA office
Former Allegheny County Chief Public Defender Matt Dugan, who was last publicly seen campaigning against District Attorney Steve Zappala in 2023, has a new role. He’ll be the first Western Pennsylvania region director for the Pennsylvania Prison Society, a nonprofit advocacy group for incarcerated people
