Man Accused of Defacing Rizzo Statue Gets Community Service
Wali Rahman, the man accused of spray-painting "Black Power" on the Frank Rizzo statue across from City Hall in August 2017, will do 50 hours of community service in 30 days with the Pennsylvania Prison Society as part of an agreement. If he successfully completes it, charges against him are expected to be dropped.
