Blair County Prison faces staff shortages amid increasing inmate population
Abbie Tate is the Warden at the Blair County Prison and says they are currently housing 384 inmates but only have 355 beds. She says they are overcrowded and only have one counselor on staff right now to work with the nearly 400 prisoners.
