The IVVS (Inmate Visitation System) is a secure online platform, such as the one managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, used by families to schedule in-person or video visits with incarcerated individuals. It requires registration to manage appointments, ensuring all visitors are authorized and approved by the facility.
Who needs to register? In Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PA DOC):
• All visitors over the age of 18: Anyone 18 or older wishing to have a video call or in-person visit must create an account.
• Former Minors: A person previously listed as a minor under a parent/guardian accountwho has turned 18 must create their own account.
