No more 3 a.m. breakfasts: Changes are underway at Dauphin County Prison
It’s not likely that Dauphin County prisoners enjoy waking up at 3:30 a.m. to eat breakfast or rising for a late-night trip to the jail’s gym for recreation. Soon, they won’t have to, county officials said.
