Councilman Jones: ‘They Have To Work Somewhere’ 6,000 Inmates To Re-Enter Society
With this weekend’s release of 6,000 federal drug offenders, as part of new sentencing guidelines, there are concerns about their re-entry into society. Philadelphia City Council is considering a bill that could make it easier for them to find employment.
