In Pennsylvania, where thousands suffer extended solitary periods, Solidarity Not Solitary, led by those with personal experience, pushes for legislative change to end this practice. The Lewisburg Prison Project, founded in 1973 by concerned citizens of Lewisburg, ensures the humane and lawful operation of local prisons, steadfastly upholding the human and constitutional rights of incarcerated individuals.
